Make the Most of Your Sleep

Get a concise summary of your sleep quality, including deep sleep time, REM and even your blood oxygen level. Better yet, set your regular bedtime and wake-up time to manage your sleep routine.

During your pre-set bedtime period, you can also choose to activate 'Do-Not-Disturb' mode, which automatically disables notifications and wake-on-wrist-raise, keeping unwanted noise or light disturbance out of the bed.

Know Your SpO2 Level, Night and Day

SpO2 refers to your blood oxygen saturation and is a key indicator of your body energy and overall health. Keep an eye on this key data and stay ahead of any red flags.

At night, you can choose to have your SpO2 level measured every 10 or 30 minutes. So you know how well your body is absorbing oxygen, an important signal of whether you have breathing difficulties while asleep.
